Kofferdikapten Press is a small publishing company that I created in order to share my work and pay off my degree one zine at a time (an RMIT Bachelor of Fine Arts equals approximately 3200 zines for those curious).

My background is in drawing but I also dabble in all kinds of other artforms - music, painting, collage, taking photos of utility poles etc etc.

My current major project is Alt X, a series of zines wherein I generate random Wikipedia articles and then make them into intriguing physical pages to create a tangible archive of human knowledge and expression in the face of the post-information hellscape in which we currently reside.

When I am not winding typewriter ribbons and emailing hyper specific questions to unsuspecting PHD holders, you can find me pumping iron at the gym, staring into the abyss as society crumbles around me, or producing artisanal butter (yes that is my actual job and yes you should be jealous).

If you would like to contact me you can email me at rose@kofferdikapten.press and I will do my best to get back to you. You can also attempt to slide into my DMs on Instagram at either @kofferdikapten.press or @rosevans86.

For zine trades and physical mail my mailing address is:

PO Box 2086, Ocean Grove, 3226, VIC, Australia

You can also find me on YouTube doing all kinds of various things including but not limited to zine/art related videos (see below).
